dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan loyalitas karyawan di PTPN II Bandar Klippa. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 96 orang dengan menggunakan total sampling. Penelitian ini mengacu pada metode kuantitatif korelasional dengan analisis data pearson product moment. Bentuk skala yang digunakan adalah model skala Likert melalui skala loyalitas karyawan dan skala kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan analisis data maka diketahui ada hubungan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan loyalitas karyawan dengan 𝒓𝒙𝒚 = 0,843 dengan p = 0,000 < 0,05. Artinya ada pengaruh positif antara kepuasan kerja dengan loyalitas karyawan. Dalam hal ini semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja maka semakin tinggi pula loyalitas karyawan. Ditinjau dari hipotetik dan empirik maka diketahui kepuasan kerja SD sebesar 7,057, mean hipotetik (60), mean empirik (69,43). Maka dikatagorikan kepuasan kerja tergolong tinggi, sedangkan loyalitas karyawan SD sebesar 7,949, mean hipotetik (62,5), dan mean empirik (74,21). Koefesien determinan ( ) dari variabel kepuasan kerja dengan loyalitas karyawan adalah sebesar = 0,710 sebesar 71% dengan demikian masih terdapat 29% pengaruh faktor lain dari loyalitas karyawan This research aims to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and employee loyalty at PTPN II Bandar Klippa. The research sample was 96 people using total sampling. This research refers to methods Correlation quantitative with Pearson product moment data analysis. Form The scale used is a Likert scale model through an employee loyalty scale and job satisfaction scale. Based on data analysis, it is known that there is a relationship significant relationship between job satisfaction and employee loyalty 𝒓𝒙𝒚 = 0.843 with p = 0.000 < 0.05. This means that there is a positive influence between job satisfaction with employee loyalty. In this case, the higher the job satisfaction the higher the employee loyalty. Judging from hypothetical and empirical, then It is known that SD job satisfaction is 7.057, hypothetical mean (60), empirical mean (69.43). So it is categorized as high job satisfaction, while loyalty SD employees is 7.949, hypothetical mean (62.5), and empirical mean (74.21). Determinant coefficient ( ) of the variable job satisfaction and loyalty employees is = 0.710 equal to 71%, thus there are still 29% influence of other factors from employee loyaltyen_US
