dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan konsep diri dengan motivasi berprestasi siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Siswa berjumlah 60, dengan sampel adalah 60 orang. Teknik yang digunakan teknik total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakana skala likert untuk konsep diri dan motivasi berprestasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan yang positif antara konsep diri dan motivasi berprestasi. Hasil ini membuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi rxy = 0763. Kontribusi konsep diri terhadap motivasi berprestasi sebesar 58,2 % dan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor dari luar penelitian ini. Dari hasil analisis data, penelitian konsep diri tergolong rendah dengan nilai rata-rata empirik (40,59) dengan mean hipotetik (47,5), dan movitasi berprestasi juga tergolong rendah dengan nilai rata- rata empirik (43,50) dengan mean hipopetik (50). The purpose of this research was to determine the correlation between selfconcept and achievement motivation among students. This research was conducted using a quantitative method. The subjects of this research were 60 students, with a sample of 60 people. The technique used was the total sampling technique. The data collection technique used a Likert scale for self-concept and achievement motivation. The data analysis technique used was product-moment correlation. The research findings showed that there is a positive correlation between self-concept and achievement motivation. This result was demonstrated by the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.763. Then, the contribution of self-concept to achievement motivation was 58.2%, and the rest was influenced by factors outside of this research. From the results of data analysis, self-concept research was classified as low with an empirical mean (of 40.59) with a hypothetical mean (of 47.5), and achievement motivation was also classified as low with an empirical mean (of 43.50) with a hypothetical mean (of 50).en_US
