Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan psychological well-being dengan work engagement pada perawat di UPT Puskemas Kota Medan. Responden 63 perawat, menggunakan total sampling. Metode penelitian metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi spearman’s rho. Korelasi spearman’s rho menunjukkan nilai r = 0,31, p = 0,01 (p < 0,05) artinya terdapat hubungan antara psychological well-being dengan work engagement. Sehingga disimpulkan hipotesis diterima. Hasil mean empirik work engagement bahwa perawat di UPT Puskesmas kota medan memiliki 77,8 dengan kategori dominan sedang. Lalu pada hasil mean empirik psychological well-being bahwa perawat di UPT Puskesmas kota medan nilai 77,8 dengan kategori dominan sedang. Hasil mean hipotetik work engagement bahwa perawat di UPT Puskesmas kota medan memiliki nilai 98,4 dengan kategori dominan sedang. Dan hasil mean hipotetik psychological well-being bahwa perawat di UPT Puskesmas kota medan memiliki nilai 96,8 dengan kategori dominan sedang. This research aims to determine the relationship between psychological well-being and work engagement among nurses at UPT Puskesmas Medan City. Respondents were 63 nurses, using total sampling. Quantitative research method. Data collection uses a Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses the Spearman's rho correlation technique. Spearman's rho correlation shows a value of r = 0.31, p = 0.01 (p < 0.05), meaning that there is a relationship between psychological well-being and work engagement. So it is concluded that the hypothesis is accepted. The empirical mean result of work engagement is that nurses at the UPT Puskesmas Medan City have 77.8 with a medium dominant category. Then in the empirical mean psychological well-being results, nurses at the Medan City Health Center UPT scored 77.8 with a moderate dominant category. The hypothetical mean result of work engagement is that nurses at the UPT Puskesmas Medan City have a value of 98.4 with a moderate dominant category. And the hypothetical mean psychological well-being results show that nurses at the UPT Puskesmas Medan City have a score of 96.8 with a moderate dominant category.
