Abstract: | Efektivitas merupakan tingkat keberhasilan untuk pencapaian tujuan. Terkait dengan pelayanan kesehatan, tujuan yang diinginkan adalah memenuhi kebutuhan individu, masyarakat di bidang Kesehatan. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah, bagaimana efektivitas pelayanan Kesehatan pada masa pendemi Covid 19 pada Puskesmas Medan Deli, apa aktor yang menghambat Efektivitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Pada Puskesmas Medan Deli. Untuk memperoleh data dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri dari Staf puskesmas, Pasien, dan sebagaian masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa, efektivitas pelayanan kesehatan di masa pandemi covid-19 pada puskesmas Medan Deli belum terlaksana dengan baik, sistem pelayanan lamban, sehingga terjadi tumpukan pasien pada tempat tertentu untuk mendapatkan giliran mendapat layanan Kesehatan. Faktor penghambat dalam mewujudkan efektivitas pelayanan kesehatan pada Puskesmas Medan Deli Kota Medan terutama berkaitan dengan kurangnya sarana dan prasarana pelayanan pasien sehingga. Pelayanan Kesehatan tidak berjalan secara maksimal Effectiveness is the level of success in achieving goals. Regarding health services, the desired goal is to meet the needs of individuals and society in the health sector. The problem in this research is, what is the effectiveness of health services during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Medan Deli Health Center, what are the actors that hinder the effectiveness of health services during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Medan Deli Health Center. To obtain data in this research, qualitative descriptive methods were used, data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Research informants consisted of community health center staff, patients and members of the community. Based on research results, the effectiveness of health services during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Medan Deli health center has not been implemented well, the service system is slow, resulting in piles of patients in certain places to get their turn to receive health services. The inhibiting factors in realizing the effectiveness of health services at the Medan Deli Health Center, Medan City are mainly related to the lack of patient service facilities and infrastructure so that. Health services are not running optimally. |
