This research aims to find out whether there is a correlation between self-efficacy and career maturity. The total sample was 80 students. The research method uses a correlational quantitative method. Based on the calculation with a value or coefficient (fxy) = 0.443 and coefficient (r²) = 0.196 with p=0.000<0.05. These results show that the hypothesis proposed in this research is accepted. Self-efficacy contributes to career maturity by 19.6%, and there are still 80.4% of other factors of self-efficacy that are not explained in the research. That students have relatively high self-efficacy with an empirical mean = 93.69 > hypothetical mean 75 where the difference between the two means exceeds the SD number = 15.644 and career maturity is classified as high with an empirical mean of 128.27 > hypothetical mean
