Abstract: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh customer relationship management terhadap keputusan konsumen, untuk mengetahui pengaruh word of mouth terhadap keputusan konsumen dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh customer relationship management dan word of mouth terhadap keputusan konsumen untuk menginap di Z Suites Hotel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang menginap di Z Suites Hotel sebanyak 2.360 pengunjung. Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 96 pengunjung yang menginap di Z Suites Hotel yang diambil dengan rumus slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda, uji parsial (Uji t), uji signifikasi simultan (Uji F) dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh customer relationship management terhadap keputusan konsumen, terdapat pengaruh word of mouth terhadap keputusan konsumen dan pengujian yang dilakukan secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel customer relationship management dan word of mouth berpengaruh terhadap keputusan konsumen untuk menginap di Z Suites Hotel The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of customer relationship management on consumer decisions, to determine the effect of word of mouth on consumer decisions and to determine the effect of customer relationship management and word of mouth on consumer decisions to stay at Z Suites Hotel. The focus of this research is the customers who stay at the Z Suites Hotel as many as 2,360 visitors. The sample in the study were 96 visitors who stayed at the Z Suites Hotel, which were taken using the slovin formula. The data collection technique used in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression, partial test (t test), simultaneous significance test (F test) and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that there was an influence of customer relationship management on consumer decisions, there was an influence of word of mouth on consumer decisions and tests carried out simultaneously showed that the variables of customer relationship management and word of mouth had an effect on consumer decisions to stay at Z Suites Hotel.
