Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan apakah terdapat pengaruh antara fasilitas dan value co-creation terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada hotel sebayak internasional berastagi. Variabel independent dalam penelitian ini adalah fasilitas (X1) dan value co-creation (X2) dan variabel dependen adalah kepuasan pelanggan (Y). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Jumlah populasi sebanyak orang dan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F dan uji koefisien determinasi R2 dengan menggunakan sofrware SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel fasilitas secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel (2,604>1,660) dan nilai signifikan 0,011<0,1. Dan variabel value co-creation secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel (2,516>1,987) dan nilai sigifikan 0,013<0,1. Kemudian variabel fasilitas dan value co-creation secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan F-hitung lebih besar dari F-tabel (87,835>4,23) dan nilai signifikan 0,000<0,1. Dan nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 63,7% sedangkan sisanya 34,3 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini. This study aims to prove whether there is an influence between facilities and ivalue co-creation on customer satisfaction at international hotels berastagi. The independent variables in this study are facility (X1) and value co-creation (X2) and the dependent variable is customer satisfaction (Y). This research is a quantitative research with an associative approach. The population is as many as people and the sample is 100 respondents. The analysis methods used are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests and R2 coefficient of determination tests using SPSS software version 21. The results showed that the facility variable partially had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a t-count greater than the t-table (2.604>1.660) and a significant value of 0.011<0.1. And the variable value cocreation partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t-count greater than the t-table (2.516>1.987) and a sigifikan value of 0.013<0.1. Then the facility variable and value co-creation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with an F-count greater than the F-table (87.835>4.23) and a significant value of 0.000<0.1. And the Adjusted R Square value of 63.7% while the remaining 34.3% was influenced by other factors that were not studied in this study.
