dc.description.abstract | Komunikasi yang baik dari seorang pemimpin diperlukan dari sebuah organisasi karena pemimpin adalah tolak ukur dari berhasilnya sebuah tujuan organisasi. Pemimpin juga harus mampu memahami karakter setiap anggota organisasi yang dipimpinnya sehingga pemimpin mampu mengambil sikap dari setiap anggota organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan daripada organisasi tersebut, Kepala desa tentu tidak bisa berdiri sendiri untuk membangun desa yang sejahtera, pegawai-pegawai di kepala desa pun harus memiliki wawasaan, serta keahlian tugas dalam menjalankan posisi mereka masing-masing. Tidak hanya kepada masyarakat di desa saja. Pengembangan gaya komunikasi organisasi kepala desa juga berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan motivasi kinerja pegawai pemerintahan desa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui agaimana gaya komunikasi organisasi kepala desa Dalam Meningkatkan Pelayanan Publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori gaya komunikasi menurut Steward L. Tubbs dan Selvia Moss. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dan dianalisis secara kualitatif untuk mengetahui bagaimana komunikasi kepala Desa dalam meningkatkan pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Kepala Desa di Pematang Pemelintahan memakai Gaya Komunikasi Dua Arah (The Equalitarian style) dan Gaya Komunikasi Melepaskan (The Relinquishing). Gaya komunikasi yang dipakai Kepala Desa juga mempengaruhi peningkatan pelayanan publik di desa tersebut berjalan dengan baik sehingga infornmasi yang di berikan pemerintah desa dapat memberikan kenyamanan bahkan solusi kepada warga di Desa Pematang Pelintahan. Good communication from a leader is needed in an organization because the leader is the benchmark for the success of an organization's goals. The leader must also be able to understand the character of each member of the organization he leads so that the leader is able to take the attitude of each member of the organization to achieve the goals of the organization. The village head certainly cannot stand alone to build a prosperous village, the employees at the village head must also have insight. , as well as task expertise in carrying out their respective positions. Not only to people in villages. The development of the village head's organizational communication style also has an influence in increasing the performance motivation of village government employees. The aim of this research is to find out how the village head's organizational communication style improves public services. This research uses communication style theory according to Steward L. Tubbs and Selvia Moss. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation and is analyzed qualitatively to find out how the village head communicates in improving public services. This research concludes that the Village Head in Pematang Pemelinlahan uses a Two-Way Communication Style (The Equalitarian style) and a Relinquishing Communication Style. The communication style used by the Village Head also influences the improvement of public services in the village so that the information provided by the village government can provide comfort and even solutions to residents in Pematang Pelintahan Village. | en_US |
