Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa “Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Sumber Tani Agung”. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitihan kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskripti. mengunakan teknik sensus dalam penentuan sampel yaitu sebanyak 40 responden. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data yang berasal dari jawaban para responden melalui angket kuisioner yang disebar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reabilitas, pengujian asumsi klasik, dan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai signifikani X1 variabel motivasi Kerja mempunyai nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka kemudahan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, maka keputusannya H1 diterima. Nilai signifikani variabel X2 lingkungan kerja sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, maka berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, maka keputusannya H2 diterima. Nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, maka variabel independen (motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap variabel dependen (kinerja karyawan), maka H3 diterima. This study aims to analyze "The Influence of Work Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT Sumber Tani Agung". This type of research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. using census technique in determining the sample that is as many as 40 respondents. The type of data used is primary data. The data source used is data derived from the answers of the respondents through questionnaires distributed. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that the significant value of X1 for the work motivation variable has a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, so convenience has a significant effect on employee performance, so the decision H1 is accepted. The significant value of the work environment variable X2 is 0.000 <0.05, so it has a significant effect on employee performance, so the decision H2 is accepted. The significance value is 0.000 <0.05, so the independent variables (work motivation and work environment) have a positive and significant effect together (simultaneously) on the dependent variable (employee performance), then H3 is accepted.
