Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kepuasan pelanggan berperan dalam loyalitas pelanggan Indomaret Sei Rampah, apakah promosi penjualan berperan dalam loyalitas pelanggan Indomaret Sei Rampah, dan apakah persepsi harga berperan dalam loyalitas pelanggan Indomaret Sei Rampah atau tidak. Indomaret Sei Rampah. Dalam penelitian ini, ukuran sampel 1.400 orang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian, dan metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling insidental. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian analisis regresi linier berganda, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Persepsi Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan di Indomaret Sei Rampah, Promosi Penjualan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan, dan Kepuasan Pelanggan. berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Selain itu, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan Pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan di Indomaret. This study intends to determine whether or not customer satisfaction plays a role in customer loyalty for Indomaret Sei Rampah, whether or not sales promotions play a role in customer loyalty for Indomaret Sei Rampah, and whether or not price perception plays a role in customer loyalty for Indomaret Sei Rampah. In this study, a sample size of 1,400 people participated in the research, and the sampling method employed was incidental sampling. According to the findings of the multiple linear regression analysis test, the findings of the study demonstrate that Price Perception has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty at Indomaret Sei Rampah, Sales Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, and Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Additionally, the study demonstrates that Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty at Indomaret.
