dc.description.abstract | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh social media marketing terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand awarness terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (studi kasus pada Toko Yara Kosmetik Binjai). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang melakukan berkunjung Toko Yara Kosmetik Binjai yang tidak diketahui jumlah pelanggan, dimana jumlah sampel sebanyak 191. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan SPSS 23. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda, asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa social media marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, Brand Awareness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Toko Yara Kosmetik Binjai. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of social media marketing on customer loyalty, to determine the influence of brand awareness on customer loyalty (case study at the Yara Cosmetics Binjai Store). The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were customers who visited the Yara Cosmetics Binjai Shop, with an unknown number of customers, where the sample size was 191. The data collection technique used in this research used a questionnaire. And hypothesis testing uses SPSS 23. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression, classical assumptions, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The results of this research show that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, Brand Awareness has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at the Yara Cosmetics Binjai Store. | en_US |
