Pengaruh Pemberian Kompos Tandan Kosong Kelapa Sawit Dan Pupuk Kotoran Sapi Pada Pertumbuhan Serta Produksi Tanaman Bawang Merah Varietas Brebes (Allium Ascalonicum L)

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian kompos pupuk tandan kelapa sawit tandan kosong kelapa sawit dan pupuk kandang sapi terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman bawang merah (Allium ascalonicum L). Penelitian ini dilakukan secara Experimen di laboratorium Analisa Data dengan Metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), dengan faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor perlakuan yaitu faktor tandan kosong kelapa sawit terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu : T0 (tanpa tandan kosong kelapa sawit) T1 (25g/ polybag), T2 (50g/ polybag), T3 (75g/polybag). Dan faktor pupuk kotoran sapi terdiri 4 taraf yaitu : T0 (tanpa kotoran sapi), T1 (25g/polybag), T2 (50g/polybag), T3 (75g/polybag). Prosedur kerja penelitian yang akan diamati terdiri dari : persiapan media tanam, aplikasi tandan kosng kelapa sawit dan kotoran sapi, penanaman, pemeliharaan dan proses pemaneman. Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini yaitu tinggi tanaman dan jumlah daun tanaman bawang merah (umur 2,3,4,5,dan 6 minggu setelah tanam), sedangkan pada jumlah daun (umur 6 minggu setelah tanam). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Aplikasi tandan kosong kelapa sawit dan koran sapi hanya berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman bawang merah dengan Perlakuan T3S0 pada masa 2, 3, 4, 5, dan 6 minggu setelah tanam menunjukkan tinggi tanaman tertinggi jika dibandingkan dengan perlakuan yang lainnya. Tinggi tanaman terbesar pada 6 minggu setelah tanam yang dihasilkan yaitu : 34,3 cm. Sedangkan pada jumlah daun tidak berpengaruh terhadap pemberian pupuk kompos tandan kosong kelapa sawit dan kotoran sapi pada pembentukkan umbi bawang merah. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of composting oil palm bunch fertilizer (empty palm bunches) and cow manure on the growth of shallot plants (Allium ascalonicum L). The research to conducted by experiment in the laboratory Data analysis with the Complete Randomized Design Method (RAL), with factorial consisting of two treatment factors, namely the empty palm bunches factor consisting of 4 levels, namely: T0 (without empty palm bunches), T1 (25g / polybag), T2 (50g / polybag), T3 (75g / polybag). And the cow dung fertilizer factor consists of 4 levels, namely: T0 (without cow dung), T1 (25g/polybag), T2 (50g/polybag), T3 (75g/polybag). The research work procedure that will be observed consists of: preparation of planting media, application of empty palm bunches and cow dung, planting, maintenance and harvesting process. The parameters observed in this study were plant height and number of leaves of shallot plants (age 2,3,4,5, and 6 weeks after planting), while the number of leaves (age 6 weeks after planting). The results of the research showed that the application of empty palm bunches and cow newspaper only had an effect on the height growth of shallot plants with the T3S0 treatment at 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 WAP showing the highest plant height when compared to the other treatments. The largest plant height produced at 6 WAP was: 34.3 cm. Meanwhile, the number of leaves had no effect on the application of empty palm bunches compost fertilizer and cow dung on the formation of shallot bulbs.
