Identifikasi Faktor-Faktor Stres Kerja Pada Guru Sma Swasta Kartika 1-2 Medan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Identifikasi Faktor-Faktor Stres Kerja Pada Guru SMA Swasta Kartika 1-2 Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriftif. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 51 guru. Sampel yang diambil untuk penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan dari populasi. Skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala stres kerja dengan model skala Gutmann. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat dilihat bahwa angka KMO dan Bartlett’s Test sebesar 0.785 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0.000. Berarti dinyatakan signifikan sehingga dapat dilanjutkan karena nilai KMO lebih besar dari 0,5 dan nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0,05. Setelah seluruh variabel memiliki nilai yang mencukupi, tahap selanjutnya adalah melakukan proses inti dari analisis faktor yaitu melakukan proses ekstraksi terhadap sekumpulan variabel yang sudah ada sehingga terbentuklah satu ataupun beberapa faktor. Kemudian nilai extraction/factor Loading menunjukan seberapa besar tingkat hubungan dari variabel terhadap kelompok faktor yang akan terbentuk. Dari ketiga faktor yang ada menunjukkan bahwa ketiga faktor memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan variabel yang terbentuk. Dengan kata lain, semakin besar nilai dari communalities maka semakin baik analisis faktor, karena semakin besar karakteristik variabel asal yang dapat diwakili oleh faktor yang terbentuk. Dalam hal ini yang paling besar memiliki kekuatan hubungan adalah Faktor Individual stressor dengan koefisien sebesar 0.980. Selanjutnya melihat nilai tabel component matrix, nilai yang ditunjukkan didalam tabel component matrix merupakan besarnya nilai factor loading atau besar korelasi suatu variabel terhadap faktor yang terbentuk. In other words, the greater the value of communalities, the better the factor analysis, because the greater the characteristics the original variable that can be represented by the factors formed. In this case the most The greatest strength of the relationship is the Individual Stressor Factor with the coefficient of 0.980.
