Abstract: Kesejahteraan Psikologis ialah kondisi perasaan seseorang yang merasa dirinya sudah mencapai makna hidup secara bahagia yang ditandai dengan menerima diri sendiri serta menunjukkan adanya penilaian positif atas diri sendiri dan kehidupannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan job insecurity dengan kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan honorer di kantor Gubernur Sumatera Utara. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan honorer di kantor Gubernur Sumatera Utara. berjumlah 100 orang, dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 80 orang dengan kriteria yang sesuai. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala job insecurity dan skala kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan yang diukur dengan menggunakan bentuk skala Likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik Korelasi Product Moment Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai korelasi rxy = -0,366 dengan signifikansi p= 0,001<0,05, artinya ada hubungan negatif antara antara job insecurity dengan kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan honorer di Kantor Gubernur Sumatera Utara dengan koefisien determinan (r2) sebesar 13,4%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 86,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Psychological well-being is the condition of a person's feelings who feel that he or she has achieved the meaning of life happily, which is characterized by accepting oneself and showing a positive assessment of oneself and one's life. This research aims to examine the relationship between job insecurity and the psychological well-being of honorary employees in the office of the Governor of North Sumatra. The population of this study were all honorary employees in the office of the Governor of North Sumatra. totaling 100 people, and the sample in this study was 80 people with appropriate criteria. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. This research method uses quantitative methods. Data were collected using a job insecurity scale and an employee psychological well-being scale which was measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses the Product Moment Correlation technique. The results of the research show a correlation value of rxy = -0.366 with a significance of p= 0.001<0.05, meaning that there is a negative relationship between job insecurity and the psychological well-being of honorary employees at the North Sumatra Governor's Office with the determinant coefficient (r2 ) of 13.4%. Meanwhile, the remaining 86.6% is influenced by other factors.
