Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Free shipping dan rating terhadap keputusan pembelian di platform Shopee. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Penentuan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Cochran. Dalam penelitian ini sampel berjumlah 81 orang dengan kriteria yaitu anggota komunitas bernama MARS yang berada dalam gereja GPdI Maranatha kota Medan yang merupakan pengguna Shopee dan sudah pernah transaksi di platform Shopee sebagai konsumen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuisioner kepada responden dengan media bantu yaitu google form. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis yang masing-masing pengujian dijalankan menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan free shipping dan rating berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa free shipping dan rating berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pada e-commerce Shopee. This study aims to analyze the ifluence of free shipping and rating on product purchase decision on Shopee Platform. This type of research that use nonprobability sampling techniques with purposive sampling approaches. The determination of the number of samples in this study use Cochran’s formula. In this study, a sample of 81 people with the criteria were members of a community named MARS who were in the GPdI Maranatha church, Medan city, who were Shopee users and had made transactions on the Shopee platform as consumers. Data collection was carried out by spreading questionnaires to respondents with a help medium, namely google form. The data analysis techniques used in this study were instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear analysis tests, and hypothesis testing, each of which was run using SPSS 26 program. The results of this study show that simultaneously free shipping and ratings affect purchasing decisions. The results of the research partially show that free shipping and ratings have a positive and significant effect on product purchasing decisions at Shopee e commerce.
