Perlakuan Pupuk Kompos Serat Kelapa Sawit (F): F0= Kontrol (tanpa perlakuan); F1= 10 ton/Ha; F2= 20 ton/Ha; F3= 30 ton/Ha. Perlakuan Kotoran Ayam (A): A0= Kontrol (Tanpa Perlakuan); A1= 10 ton/Ha; A2= 20 ton/Ha; A3= 30 ton/Ha. The decrease in land area for soybean production is due to soil conditions that lack the provision of nutrients and soil microorganisms, so it is necessary to use organic materials that can meet soil needs. The aim of this research is. To determine the response of providing oil palm fruit fiber compost fertilizer to the growth and production of soybean plants1. To determine the response of giving chicken manure to the growth and production of soybean plants2.To determine the effect of providing a combination of palm fiber compost and chicken manure on the growth and production of soybean plants3. This research used a Randomized Group Design (RAK) method consisting of 2 treatments and each treatment consisted of 4 levels. Palm Oil Fiber Compost Fertilizer Treatment (F): F0= Control (without treatment); F1= 10 tons/Ha; F2= 20 tons/Ha; F3= 30 tons/Ha. Chicken Manure Treatment (A): A0= Control (No Treatment); A1= 10 tons/Ha; A2= 20 tons/Ha; A3= 30 tons/Ha. Observation parameters consist of: Plant Height (cm), Flowering Age (HST), Wet Weight of Pods Per Sample (g), Wet Weight of Pods Per Plot (g), Dry Weight of Pods Per Sample (g), Dry Weight of Pods Per Plot ( g) and Weight of 100 seeds (g). The results of the research showed that the application of palm fruit fiber compost fertilizer had a significant difference in the parameter of wet weight of pods per sample (g). The provision of chicken manure showed no significant difference in all parameters. The combination of treatments showed significant differences in the parameters wet weight of pods per sample (g), wet weight of pods per plot (g) and dry weight of pods per plot (g).en_US
