dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Strategi bauran pemasaran gambir untuk meningkatan penjulan petani gambir di Kabupaten Pakpak Bharat, dengan menggunakan metode SWOT, Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Pakpak Bharat, secara kualitatif deskriptif, Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 280 petani yang tersebar di 3 Kecamatan di Pakpak Bharat, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode slovin dengan jumlah 74 sampel, teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT dengan metode analisis faktor strategis internal dan eksternal (IFAS dan EFAS), adapun Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan analisis SWOT pada bauran pemasaran gambir di Kabupaten Pakpak Bharat maka Kekuatan yang dimiliki yaitu lokasi pemasaran yang mudah dijangkau, Kelemahan pada produk gambir di Kabupaten Pakpak Bharat berupa mutu gambir yang rendah, tidak ada kesesuaian harga dengan kualitas, lahan perkebunan gambir yang terbatas dan kurang mengikuti perkembangan teknologi gambir, Peluang yang dimiliki produk gambir di Kabupaten Pakpak Bharat berupa gambir merupakan komoditi ekspor, Ancaman yang memungkinkan bagi produk gambir di Kabupaten Pakpak Bharat Pesaing Daerah lain semakin gencar, teknologi pengolahan gambir terbatas, faktor iklim yang tidak menentu dan usaha lain. Strategi yang perlu dilakukan dengan adanya dukungan dari pemerintah terhadap petani gambir karena gambir merupakan komoditi ekspor This research aims to determine the gambier marketing mix strategy to increase sales of gambier farmers in Pakpak Bharat Regency, using the SWOT method. This research was conducted in Pakpak Bharat Regency, descriptive qualitatively. The population in this study was 280 farmers spread across 3 sub-districts in Pakpak Bharat, the sampling technique used the Slovin method with a total of 74 samples, the data analysis technique used was SWOT analysis with internal and external strategic factor analysis methods (IFAS and EFAS), while the results of this research were based on SWOT analysis of the gambier marketing mix in Pakpak Bharat Regency. So the strengths are the marketing location which is easy to reach. Weaknesses in gambier products in Pakpak Bharat Regency are in the form of low quality of gambier, there is no match between price and quality, limited gambier plantation land and not keeping up with developments in gambier technology. Opportunities for gambier products in Pakpak Bharat Regency in the form of gambier is an export commodity. Possible threats to gambier products in Pakpak Bharat Regency Competitors in other regions are increasingly intense, gambier processing technology is limited, uncertain climate factors and other businesses. The strategy that needs to be carried out is with support from the government for gambier farmers because gambier is an export commodity.en_US
