Studi Identifikasi Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruid Prasangka Gender pada Remaja di Kelurahan Sipare-Pare Kecamatan Air Putih Kabupaten Batubara

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi prasangka gender pada remaja di Kelurahan Sipare-pare Kecamatan Air Putih Kabupaten Batu Bara. Subjek penelitian adalah remaja yang berusia 16-22 tahun yang tinggal di Kelurahan Sipare-pare. Skala yang digunakan adalah skala Prasangka gender yang tercliri clari 50 iterri (n = 0,901). Analisis data menggunakan teknik Chi-Square dengan SPSS 16 dan stati stik deskriptif dalam bentuk persen clan angka. Selanjutnya menghitung sampel yang memberi jawaban untuk setiap faktor clan hasilnya dari 64 orang remaja yang mengisi skala, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada sebanyak 13% sampel atau sebanyak 8 jumlah orang sangat tidak setuju terhadap pras.angka gender. Sebanyak 26% sarnpel atau sebanyak ·17 jumlah orang yang menyatakan tidak setuju dengan prasangka gender. Sementara 40% atau sebanyak 26 jumlah sarnpel setuju terhadap prasangka gender dan 20% atau sebanyak 12 jumlah sampel yang sangat setuju terhadap prasangka gender. Proporsionalitas simpulan ini akan konsisten jika dipakai dalam mengungkap prasangka gender dengan jumlah sampel yang lebih besar. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai Asymp-sig pada perhitungan chi-square yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Hasil akhir yang diperoleh dari penelitian bahwa faktor-faktor prasangka gender pada remaja di Kelurahan Sipare-pare yang paling berpengaruh terhadap prasangka gender adalah faktor social learning dan evolusi versus peran sosial. This research aims to identify factors that influencing gender prejudice among adolescents in Sipare-pare Village Air Putih District, Batu Bara Regency. The research subjects were teenagers aged 16-22 years who live in Sipare-pare Village. The scale used is a Gender Prejudice scale that is clarified in 50 items (n = 0.901). Data analysis using the Chi-Square technique with SPSS 16 and deep descriptive statistics percent and number form. Temporary 40% or 26 samples agreed with gender prejudice and 20% or as many as 12 samples who strongly agree with gender prejudice. The proportionality of this conclusion will be consistent if used in uncovering gender prejudice with a larger sample size. This can be seen from the Asymp-sig value in the chi-square calculation which is smaller than 0.05. The final results obtained from the research are gender prejudice factors among teenagers in Sipare-pare Village who have the most influence on prejudice gender is a factor of social learning and evolution versus social roles.
