This research aims to look at the relationship between superior and subordinate communication work stress on PT employees. Pertamina drilling service Indonesia area NAD - Smnbagut HTE (Heavy Transmart Equipment) function section. The hypothesis proposed in this research is that there is a relationship negative relationship between superior and subordinate communication and work stress in PT employees. Pertamina drilling service Indonesia project management Jambi NAD-Sumbagut area. Based on the results of the analysis using the Product Moment Correlation Analysis Method, it is known that there is a significant negative relationship between Superior-Subordinate Communication with Job Stress on Pertamina Drilling Service Indonesia Project Management employees Jambi NAD area, HTE (Heavy Transport Equiupment) section, where Rxy = -0.502; p= 0.000 < 0.050.
