Abstract: | Implementasi Program Pendidikan merupakan upaya yang diterapkan sepenuhnya untuk perkembangan dan kemajuan proses pembelajaran sehingga menjadikannya lebih bermutu, efektif, dan efisien untuk dikomunikasikan ke berbagai elemen. Dalam pelaksanaan program pendidikan di sekolah SMAN 15 Medan masih terdapat beberapa faktor yang menghalangi penanaman program pendidikan. Dimana, ditemukan fasilitas sarana dan pembelajaran yang belum memadai, kemudian kurangnya kesiapan peserta didik menerima perubahan kurikulum. Sehingga penulis menyimpulkan hasil bahwa pembelajaran menjadi kurang optimal, rendahnya minat belajar dan literasi siswa untuk melakukan pengembangan diri menjadi terhambat, dalam mentransformasikan pengembangan pendidikan. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengkaji langkah-langkah atau program apa saja yang diambil pihak sekolah SMA Negeri 15 Medan dalam membangun mutu pendidikan yang efektif dan efisien melalui berbagai program kegiatan tersendiri yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan dari Program-program Pendidikan di sekolah SMA Negeri 15 Medan. Metode yang dipakai adalah metode Kualitatif Melalui analisis Observasi, Dokumentasi, dan Wawancara. Untuk itu Bapak Gokman Sianturi selaku Kepala sekolah mendukung semua program-program yang telah terealisasi maupun yang akan berjalan guna terpenuhinya kepentingan akademis sekolah SMA Negeri 15 Medan secara komprehensif sesuai dengan prinsip sekolah kita yaitu “PERKASA” Prestasi, Elegan, Religius, Kreatif, Aman, Santun, dan Andal. Implementation of the Education Program is an effort that is fully implemented for the development and progress of the learning process so as to make it more qualified, effective and efficient to communicate to various elements. In implementing the education program at SMAN 15 Medan there are still several factors that hinder the education program. Where there are inadequate facilities and learning facilities, there is a lack of readiness of students to accept curriculum changes. So the author concludes that learning is less than optimal, students low interest in learning and literacy in carrying out self-development is hampered in transforming educational development. The aim of this research is to examine what steps or programs have been taken by the SMA Negeri 15 Medan school in building effective and efficient quality education through various separate activity programs that influence the implementation of educational program at the SMA Negeri 15 Medan school. The method used is a qualitative method through observation analysis, documentation and interviews. For this reason, Mr. Gokman Sianturi as the principal of the school supports all programs that have been realized or will be running to meet the academic interests of the Medan 15 State High School comprehensively in accordance with our school principles, namely “PERKASA” Achievement, Elegant, Religious, Creative, Safe, Polite, and Reliable. |
