dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cemaran bakteri Eschericia coli, Salmonella sp, dan Staphylococcus pada thai tea yang di jual pedagang kaki lima. Penelitian dilaksanakan secara deksriptif kuantitatif dengan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode cawan tuang, cawan gores dan pewarnaan gram dengan melakukan pengujian dan observasi secara langsung di laboratorium. Bahan yang digunakan adalah minuman thai tea pada media Eosin Methylene Blue (EMBA), Salmonella Shigella Agar(SSA), Mannitol Salt Agar (MSA), Simon Citrat Agar (SCA). Sampel minuman thai tea yang diujikan berjumlah 5 sampel diperoleh hasil cemaran bakteri dengan presentase tidak layak dikonsumsi. This research aims to determine the contamination of Eschericia coli, Salmonella sp, and Staphylococcus bacteria in Thai tea sold by street vendors. The research was carried out in a quantitative descriptive manner with the methods used in the research were the pour cup method, scratch cup and gram staining by testing and observing directly in the laboratory. The ingredients used are thai tea drinks on media (EMBA), (SSA), (MSA), (SCA). The samples of Thai tea drinks tested amounted to 5 samples obtained bacterial contamination results with a percentage not suitable for consumption.en_US
