dc.description.abstractLatar belakang masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja pegawai masih belum optimal serta kemampuan pegawai pada Kelurahan Binjai dalam pelaksanaan tugas terutama dalam menyiapkan bahan dan informasi yang dibutuhkan untuk kepentingan masyarakat, hasilnya masih minim atau belum terlaksana dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja pegawai serta hambatan kinerja pegawai pada Kelurahan Binjai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif sebagai analisis data. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Lurah, Sekrtaris, dan para pegawai dikelurahan Binjai. Data dikumpulkan berdasarkan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Pegawai pada Kelurahan Binjai sejauh ini masih belum sepenuhnya berjalan maksimal terutama dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Hal ini dilihat dari kualitas layanan, tanggung jawab dan moivasi kinerja. Hambatan Kinerja Pegawai pada Kelurahan Binjai ialah kurangnya ketegasan pemimpin, serta sarana dan prasarana juga kurang memadai. The background to the problem in this research is that employee performance is still inadequate optimal and the ability of employees in Binjai Village in implementation tasks, especially in preparing the materials and information needed for community interests, the results are still minimal or have not been implemented properly Good. This research aims to determine employee performance and obstacles employee performance in Binjai Village. This research uses the method qualitative as data analysis. The data source in this research is the Head Village Head, Secretary and employees in Binjai sub-district. Data is collected based on data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, documentation and data triangulation. The research results show that employee performance at So far, Binjai sub-district is still not running optimally, especially in providing services to the community. This is seen from the quality service, responsibility and performance motivation. Barriers to Employee Performance Binjai Village is a lack of leadership assertiveness, as well as facilities and infrastructure also inadequate.en_US
