dc.description.abstractFenomena yang terjadi di Kantor Pengadilan Militer Tinggi I Medan adalah prilaku aparat TNI yang tidak disiplin dalam bekerja sehingga membuat kantor pengadilan terbengkalai akan tugas yang mau di kerjakan contoh yang sering terjadi adalah merokok di jam kerja, melepas baju dinas dan pergi ketempat yang tidak di ketahui oleh pengawas, tidak mengerjakan pekerjaan tepat waktu sehingga pekerjaan terbengkalai hal ini terjadi karena kurangnya pengawasan yang di lakukan secara berkala, keadaan ini sering terjadi ketika selesai apel pagi dan aparat diatas memperlihatkan nilai koefisien konstanta adalah sebesar 13.265 koefisien variabel Pengawasan (X) adalah sebesar 0,395. Sehingga diperoleh persamaan regresi Y=13.265+0,395. Berdasarkan persamaan diatas diketahui nilai konstantanya sebesar 13.265. Secara matematis, nilai konstanta ini menyatakan bahwa pada saat Pengawas 0, maka Kedisiplinan memiliki nilai 15.265. Selanjutnya nilai positif (0,395) yang terdapat pada koefisien regresi variabel bebas (Pengawasan) menggambarkan bahwa arah hubungan antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat (Kedisiplinan) adalah searah, dimana setiap kenaikan satu satuan variabel Pengawasan akan menyebabkan kenaikan Kedisiplinan 0,395. Kesimpulan pengawasan sangat di butuhkan agar membentuk suatu kedisiplinan terhadap aparat TNI yang tidak memiliki etika dalam bekerja dan tidak sembarangan terhadap pekerjaan seperti yang dilakukan para aparat TNI Di Kantor Pengadilan Militer Tinggi I Medan. The phenomenon that occurred at the Medan I High Military Court Office was the undisciplined behavior of TNI officers in their work, which resulted in the court office neglecting the tasks it wanted to carry out. Examples that often occur are smoking during working hours, taking off their official clothes and going to unknown places. by the supervisor, not doing the work on time so that the work is neglected, this occurs due to a lack of supervision which is carried out periodically, this situation often occurs when the morning roll call is finished and the apparatus above shows the constant coefficient value is 13,265. The Supervision variable coefficient (X) is 0.395 . So we get the regression equation Y=13,265+0.395. Based on the equation above, it is known that the constant value is 13,265. Mathematically, this constant value states that when Supervisor is 0, Discipline has a value of 15,265. Furthermore, the positive value (0.395) contained in the regression coefficient of the independent variable (Supervision) illustrates that the direction of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable (Discipline) is in the same direction, where every increase of one unit in the Supervision variable will cause an increase in Discipline of 0.395. The conclusion is that supervision is really needed in order to form discipline towards TNI officers who do not have ethics in their work and are not careless in their work as is done by TNI officers at the Medan I High Military Court Office.en_US
