Abstract:	Penelitian ini berjudul hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional dengan disiplin kerja di MAN Aek Natas kab. Labuhanbatu Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional dengan disiplin kerja pada Guru di MAN Aek Natas Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 36 orang guru di MAN Aek Natas. Metode pengumpunlan data dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. This research is entitled the relationship between transformational leadership and work discipline at MAN Aek Natas district. North Labuhanbatu. The aim of this study to find out how transformational leadership is related to work discipline among teachers at MAN Aek Natas, North Labuhanbatu Regency. The subjects in this research were 36 teachers at MAN Aek Natas. Method data collection using total sampling techniques.
