Abstract: Kemajuan teknologi saat ini, khususnya di bidang industri, telah menyebabkan lahirnya berbagai macam alat yang dimaksudkan untuk mempermudah pekerjaan manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah sistem pendeteksi berat yang dapat mengukur berat TBS pada sterilizer secara otomatis yang dapat memaksimalkan waktu dan lebih meningkatkan hasil produksi. Pengujian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalab uji motor DC dan Load Cell. Pada pengujian Load Cell dengan beban timbangan diperoleh basil pembacaan Load Cell nonnal karena hanya tnemiJi.lci rata-rata persen error sebesar 2,06% dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 97 ,95%. Hasil dari pengukuran ini menunjukkan babwa teknologi pendeteksi berat TBS menggunakan Loadcell bekerja sesuai dengan yang diinginkan. The current technological advancement, especially in the industrial sector, has led to the emergence of various kinds of tools that facilitate human work. The aim of this research was to design a weight detection system that can automatically measure the weight ofFFB (Fresh Fruit BunchesrrBS) in the sterilizer, which can maximize the time and further increase the production results. The tests conducted in this research were DC motor and load cell tests. When the load cell was tested with a scale, the load cell reading results were normal as it only ihad an average percentage error of 2.06% with an accuracy level of 97 .95%. The results of these measurements showed that the FFB weight detection technology using the load cell was working as desired.
