Abstract: Usaha Kecil Mikro dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan kegiatan ekonomi rakyat yang berskala kecil dan menengah serta terus berkembang dan berupaya mencapai keberhasilan usahanya. Keberhasilan usaha UMKM kuliner di Kecamatan Medan Selayang belum sesuai harapan pelaku usaha dan diduga banyak faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh strategi bersaing dan e-commerce terhadap keberhasilan usaha UMKM kuliner Medan Selayang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional yaitu studi yang menghimpun data yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian penelitian cukup satu kali saja. Populasi penelitian adalah UMKM kuliner yang berada dan terdata di wilayah Kecamatan Medan Selayang tahun 2022-2023 sebanyak 123 pelaku usaha. Sampel ditentukan secara purposive random sampling menggunakan rumus Slovin dan didapat sebanyak 55 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan sebelumnya dilakukan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh strategi bersaing terhadap keberhasilan usaha UMKM Kecamatan Medan Selayang; ada pengaruh e-commerce terhadap keberhasilan usaha UMKM Kecamatan Medan Selayang; dan ada pengaruh strategi bersaing dan e-commerce terhadap keberhasilan usaha UMKM Kecamatan Medan Selayang. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian bahwa secara parsial dan simultan strategi bersaing dan e-commerce berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha UMKM Kecamatan Medan Selayang. MSMEs are people's economic activities that are small and medium scale and continue to develop and strive to achieve business success. The success of culinary MSME businesses in Medan Selayang District has not met the expectations and it is suspected that many factors influence this. The aim of research is to determine and test the influence of competitive strategies and ecommerce on the success of culinary MSME businesses. The type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional design, namely a study that collects the data needed for research only once. The population is culinary MSMEs located and recorded in the Medan Selayang District in 2022-2023 as many as 123 businesses. The sample was determined by purposive random sampling using the Slovin formula and obtained 55 people. Data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires and documentation. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that there is an influence of competitive strategy on the success of MSME businesses in Medan Selayang District; there is an influence of e-commerce on the success of MSME businesses in Medan Selayang District; and there is an influence of competitive strategy and e-commerce on the success of MSME businesses in Medan Selayang District. The conclusion of the research results is that partially and simultaneously, competitive strategy and e-commerce have a positive and significant effect on the success of MSME businesses in Medan Selayang District.
