dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Efektifitas promosi Gratis Ongkos Kirim dalm menumbuhkan minat beli di Aplikasi Shopee bagi mahasiswa Ilmu Komunikasi UMA Stambuk 2019. Penelitian ini juga untuk mengetahu apa saja kendala mahasiswa Ilmu Komunikasi UMA Stambuk 2019 dalam menggunakan Aplikasi Shopee. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Deskriptif dengan pendekatan Kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan obsevasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi, yang diambil dengan menggunakan konsep Miles dan Huberman mulai dari reduksi data,penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpula. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa seluruh informan menyatakan promosi gratis ongkos kirim di Shopee sangat efektif dalam menumbuhkan minat beli bagi para informan. Sedangkan hambatan pengguna aplikasi Shopee bahwa harga produk tinggi,jangka pengiriman lama serta produk tidak selalu tersedia. This research aims to find out how effective free promotions are Shipping costs to increase interest in buying on the Shopee application for students UMA Stambuk Communication Science 2019. This research is also to find out what This is the problem for UMA Stambuk Communication Science students in 2019 using the Shopee Application. The method used in this research is a Descriptive method with a Qualitative approach. Collection technique data by observation, interviews and documentation, taken with using the Miles and Huberman concept starting from data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that all The informant stated that the free shipping promotion on Shopee was very effective foster buying interest for informants. Meanwhile, user barriers Shopee application that product prices are high, delivery periods are long and products not always available.en_US
