Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui atribut jamur tiram menurut karakteristik konsumen yaitu jenis kelamin, umur, pendidikan, pekerjaan, pendapatan di desa perkebunan teluk panji dan mengetahui atribut dan level jamur tiram yang menjadi preferensi konsumen serta untuk mengetahui urutan atribut jamur tiram. Metode analisis data uji validitas, uji realibilitas dan analisis konjoin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Uji validitas pada atribut harga, tekstur, pelayanan, porsi dan kesegaran menghasilkan semua item pernyataan dinyatakan valid dilihat dari nilai sig<0,05 dan pada uji reliabilitas semua item pernyataan dinyatakan reliabel moderat dilihat dari Cronbach’s Alpha 0,50–0,70 1.Responden perempuan lebih banyak membeli jamur tiram. kelompok umur 33-41 merupakan umur terbanyak yaitu 26 orang. Responden dengan tingkat pendidikannya SMA merupakan konsumen terbanyak yaitu sebanyak 21 orang. responden jamur tiram di desa perkebunan teluk panji memiliki pekerjaan yang beragam, dan yang paling banyak adalah konsumen dengan jenis pekerjaan ibu rumah tangga sebanyak 26 orang responden. 2. Atribut jamur tiram yang menjadi peferensi konsumen berdasarkan nilai utility ialah kesegaran segar, harga murah, porsi besar, pelayanan cepat dengan salam senyum sapa dan tekstur lunak. 3.Urutan atribut jamur tiram menurut kepentingan konsumen jamur tiram adalah harga, porsi, kesegaran, pelayanan dan tekstur. This study aims to determine the attributes of oyster mushrooms according to consumer characteristics, namely gender, age, education, occupation, income in Teluk Panji plantation village and to determine the attributes and levels of oyster mushrooms that are consumer preferences and to determine the order of the attributes of oyster mushrooms. Data analysis methods validity test, reliability test and conjoint analysis. The results showed that: The validity test on the attributes of price, texture, service, portion and freshness resulted in all statement items being declared valid from a sig value <0.05 and on the reliability test all statement items were stated to be moderately reliable from Cronbach's Alpha 0.50– 0.70 1. Female respondents bought more oyster mushrooms. the age group 33-41 is the largest age, namely 26 people. Respondents with a high school level of education are the most consumers, namely 21 people. Oyster mushroom respondents in Teluk Panji plantation village have a variety of jobs, and most of them are consumers with the type of work as housewives as many as 26 respondents. 2. Attributes of oyster mushrooms that are consumer preferences based on utility value are fresh freshness, low prices, large portions, fast service with greetings, smiles, and soft texture. 3. The order of attributes of oyster mushrooms according to the interests of oyster mushroom consumers is price, portion, freshness, service and texture.
