dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komunikasi terapeutik perawat memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap proses penyembuhan pasien di Puskesmas Perawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Informan penelitian ini terdiri dari 3 perawat, 1 orang bidan, 3 orang pasien dan 2 orang keluarga pasien. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode obervasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi, penyajian data, kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian di Puskesmas Perawang menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi terapeutik antara perawat dan pasien, telah berlangsung dengan baik, dilihat dari cara penyambutan perawat terhadap pasien dengan ekspresi wajah yang senyum ramah menyapa pasien dan mendengarkan keluhan-keluhan pasien dengan seksama. Memberikan tanggapan balik yang mudah dimengerti oleh pasien dengan tetap menggunakan bahasa yang santun. Menurut hasil penelitian faktor penghambat terjadi dari pasien kepada parawat yaitu; faktor fisik berupa keadaan abnormal dari tubu atau pikiran pasien, keadaan psikologi perawat dan pasien seringkali mengalami ketidakcocokan misalnya intonasi suara, keluarga pasien yang keras kepala merasa lebih tahu dari perawat, dan kendala terakhir bahasa. This research aimed to determine whether nurses' therapeutic communication had a significant impact on the healing process of patients at the Perawang Community Health Center. Descriptive qualitative method was used in this research. The informants for this research consisted of 3 nurses, 1 midwife, 3 patients and 2 patients' families. The data collection methods used were observation, in-depth interview and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were reduction, data presentation, and conclusions/verification. The results of the research at Perawang Community Health Center showed that the therapeutic communication between nurses and patients had gone well, as evidenced by the way nurses greeted patients with friendly smiling facial expressions, greeted the patient and listened carefully to the patient's complaints, and provided feedback that was easy for the patient to understand while still using polite language. Based on the research results, inhibiting factors occurred from patients to nurses, namely; physical factors in the form of abnormal states of the patient's body or mind, the psychological state of the nurse and the patient often experiencing incompatibility, for example, voice intonation, the patient's family who stubbornly felt they knew better than the nurse, and the last obstacle, the language.en_US
