dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh komunikasi internal terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bank KB Bukopin Syariah Cabang Medan. Penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan data hipotesis, ditemukan nilai t : diketahui nilai thitung sebesar 12,307 > ttabel 1,701 (dilihat pada distribusi nilai ttabel) dan sig = 0,000 < 5% (0,05), jadi Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Ini berarti variabel Komunikasi Internal (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan (Y1 ). Besarnya angka koefisien determinasi (R Square) adalah 0,853 atau sama dengan 85,3%. Angka tersebut mengandung arti bahwa variabel bebas Komunikasi Internal (X1) mempengaruhi variabel dependen Kinerja Karyawan (Y1) sebesar 85,3% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak masuk dalam penelitian ini. Sedangkan sisanya (100%-85,3% = =14,7%) dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar persamaan regresi ini atau variabel yang tidak diteliti. This research was conducted to determine whether there is an influence of internal communication on the performance of emplovees of PT Bank KB Bukopin Syariah Medan Branch. Descriptive research with a quantitative approach is used in this study. Based on the Model Summary output table, the correlation/relationship value (R) is 0.924, and it can also be seen that the coefficient of determination or R Square value is 0.853. The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.853 or equal to 85.3%. Based on the significance value: from the coefficients table, a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 is obtained, so it can be concluded that the internal communication participation variable (X) has an effect on the performance variable (Y). Based on the t value: it is known that the 1 value is 12.307 > 1 table 1.701 (seen in the distribution oft table values) and sig = 0.000 < 5% (0.05). so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the Internal Communication variable (Xl) has a significant effect on the Employee Performance variable (YI).en_US
