Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara empirik perbedaan organizational citizenship behavior pada Anggota Polisi dan PNS Polri di Polrestabes Medan. Populasi sebanyak 123, dengan uraian 78 Anggota Polisi dan 45 PNS Polri, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara total sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah instrumen organizational citizenship behavior yang disusun menggunakan aspek altruism, conscientiousness, sportsmanships, courtesy dan civic virtue (α = 0,900). Metode analisis data menggunakan Anova 1 jalur. Berdasarkan analisis analisis Anova 1 jalur, diketahui ada perbedaan organizational citizenship behaviour antara Anggota Polisi dan PNS Polri Polresta Medan. Hasil ini diketahui dengan melihat nilai atau koefisien perbedaan memiliki signifikansi 0,000 < 0,050, dengan demikian maka ada perbedaan organizational citizenship behavior antara Anggota Polisi dan PNS Polri di lingkungan Polresta Medan. Organizational citizenship behavior PNS Polri lebih tinggi dari Anggota Polisi, kategorisasi dilihat dengan perhitungan mean hipotetik dan mean empirik serta standar deviasi, pada Anggota Polisi didapatkan mean hipotetik 72,5 dan mean empirik 78,65 dengan SD 7,707 maka organizational citizenship behaviour Anggota Polisi berada pada kategori sedang. Sedangkan pada PNS Polri didapatkan mean hipotetik 72,5 dan mean empirik 93,24 dengan SD 5,617 maka organizational citizenship behaviour PNS Polri berada pada kategori tinggi. This study aims to find out and analyze the difference of organizational citizenship behavior between members of the Police and Polri civil servants in Polrestabes Medan. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 123 people. This research was arranged based on the Likert scale method using the scale of organizational citizenship behavior arranged in aspects: altruism, conscientiousness, sportsmanships, courtesy and civic virtue. Data analysis using Anova I way analysis. Based on the analysis of Anova I way analysis, it is known that there are differences in organizational citizenship behavior between members of the Police and Polri civil servants in Polrestabes Medan. this results is known by looking at the value or coefficient of difference has a significance of 0,000 <0.050, thus there is a difference in organizational citizenship behavior between members of the Police and Polri civil servants in Polrestabes Medan. Organizational citizenship behavior of Polri civil servants is higher than Police Members, categorization is seen by calculating the hypothetical mean, empirical mean and standard deviation. The Police Member obtained a hypothetical mean of 72.5 and an empirical mean of 78.65 with SD 7.707 then organizational citizenship behavior of Police Members is at medium category. Whereas in Polri civil servants obtained a hypothetical mean of 72.5 and an empirical mean of 93.24 with an SD of 5.617, the organizational citizenship behavior of Polri civil servants is in the high category.
