dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, 1) Untuk menganalisis saluran pemasaran padi sawah di Desa Wonosari Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa Kabupaten Deli Serdang. 2) Untuk menganalisis margin pemasaran padi sawah di Desa wonosari Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa Kabupaten Deli Serdang. 3) Untuk menganalisis tingkat efisiensi pemasaran padi sawah di Desa Wonosari Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Pengumpulan data penelitan ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Wonosari Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama dua bulan, yakni pada bulan Agustus - Oktober 2023. Responden yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 44 orang, yang diklasifikasikan sebagai berikut. Saluran 1 :1) Petani : 10 responden. 2) Pedagang Pengumpul : 3 responden. 3) Kilang Padi : 3 responden 4) Pedagang Grosir : 2 responden 5) Pedagang Pengecer : 2 responden. Saluran 2 : 1) Petani : 20 responden 2) Kilang padi : 2 responden 3) Pedagang Pengecer : 2 responden.Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis margin pemasaran, analisis biaya pemasaran, dan analisis efisiensi pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa saluran pemasaran cabai merah di Desa Wonosari terdapat 2 saluran. Saluran I mulai dari petani (produsen)– pedagang pengumpul– kilang padi–pedagang grosir–pedagang pengecer–konsumen. Kemudian pada saluran II yaitu petani (produsen)-kilang padi-pedagang pengecer–konsumen. Adapun Margin pemasaran padi sawah terbesar di Desa Wonosari Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa Kabupaten Deli Serdang yaitu pada saluran I, yakni sebesar Rp.8.640. Saluran pemasaran I dan saluran pemasaran II padi sawah di Desa Wonosari Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa Kabupaten Deli Serdang tergolong saluran pemasaran yang efisien. This research aims to, 1) To analyze the marketing channels for lowland rice in Wonosari Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency.2) To analyze the marketing margin for lowland rice in Wonosari Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency. 3) To analyze the level of efficiency of marketing lowland rice in Wonosari Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency. This research data collection was carried out using a quantitative approach with a descriptive research type. This research was conducted in Wonosari Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency. The research was carried out for two months, namely August - October 2023. The respondents taken in this study were 44 people, who were classified as follows. Channel 1 :1) Farmers: 10 respondents. 2) Collector Traders: 3 respondents. 3) Rice Refineries: 3 respondents 4) Wholesalers: 2 respondents 5) Retailers: 2 respondents. Channel 2: 1) Farmers: 20 respondents 2) Rice mills: 2 respondents 3) Retailers: 2 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this research use marketing margin analysis, marketing cost analysis, and marketing efficiency analysis. The research results show that there are 2 marketing channels for red chilies in Wonosari Village. Channel I starts from farmers (producers) – traders – rice mills – wholesalers – retailers – consumers. Then in channel II, namely farmers (producers)-rice mills-retailers-consumers. The largest marketing margin for lowland rice in Wonosari Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency is in channel I, namely IDR 8,640. Marketing channel I and marketing channel II for lowland rice in Wonosari Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency are classified as efficient marketing channels. | en_US |
