dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini yang berjudul “Uji Metabolit Sekunder Pada Batang Dan Daun Surat Dibata (Macodes petola) Dengan Metode Ekstraksi Dan Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (GCMS)” bertujuan untuk mengetahui senyawa metabolit sekunder dan jumlah persentasi kadar yang terdapat pada tumbuhan Surat Dibata (Macodes petola) pada batang dan daun, yang dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Pengembangan Politeknik Teknologi Kimia Industri (PTKI). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Ekstraksi maserasi untuk mengetahui senyawa metabolit sekundernya dan metode Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (GCMS) melihat jumlah kadar senyawa pada batang dan daun surat dibata (Macodes petola). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada hasil ekstraksi dan uji senyawa metabolit sekunder yang dilakukan pada batang terdapat senyawa Steroid sedangkan pada daun terdapat senyawa flavonoid, Steroid dan Tanin. Berdasarkan hasil dari uji jumlah persentasi kadar senyawa metabolit sekunder dengan menggunakan instrumentasi GCMS dieroleh untuk sampel daun pada senyawa Flavanoid (0,002%), tanin (0,002%), Steroid (2.215%) dan pada sampel Batang senyawa Steroid (0,63 %) This research, entitled "Secondary Metabolite Testing on the Stems and Leaves of Surat Dibata (Macodes petola) Using the Extraction Method and Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (GCMS)" aims to determine secondary metabolite compounds and the percentage levels found in Surat Dibata (Macodes petola) plants. on stems and leaves, which was carried out at the Industrial Chemical Technology Polytechnic Development Laboratory (PTKI). The method used in this research is the maceration extraction method to determine secondary metabolites and the Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (GCMS) method to see the total levels of compounds in the stems and leaves of Surat dibata (Macodes petola). The results of the research showed that in the extraction results and secondary metabolite tests carried out on the stems there were steroid compounds, while in the leaves there were flavonoid compounds, steroids and tannins. Based on the results of the test, the percentage of secondary metabolite levels using GCMS instrumentation was obtained for leaf samples for flavonoid compounds (0.002%), tannins (0.002%), steroids (2.215%) and stem samples for steroid compounds (0.63%) | en_US |
