Abstract: | Pada dasarnya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen di Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Medan Area. Dimana yang menjadi subjek penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Medan Area berjumlah 665 subjek dengan menggunakan alat ukur Skala Guttman. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik anal isis Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CF A) untuk mengetahui presentase beberapa faktor kepuasan konsumen. Berdasarkan analisis data diketahui bahwa semua faktor berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Dengan melihat hasil penelitian yang dilakukan kepada 665 subjek mahasiswa, dari beberapa faktor yang berperan dalam kepuasan konsumen diketahui bahwa faktor Kualitas Produk menempati urutan pertama sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen. Basically this research aims to identify influencing factors consumer satisfaction at the Faculty of Psychology, Medan Area University. Where is the subject This research consisted of 665 students from the Faculty of Psychology, Medan Area University subjects using the Guttman Scale measuring instrument. This research uses techniques Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CF A) analysis to determine the percentage of several factors consumer satisfaction. Based on data analysis, it is known that all factors have an influence on consumer satisfaction. By looking at the results of research conducted on 665 student subjects, several factors that play a role in consumer satisfaction are known that the Product Quality factor ranks first as an influencing factor consumer satisfaction. |
