dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal pada pengembangan UMKM Maju Bersama serta untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan tempe di UMKM Maju Bersama. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik analisis data yang mengacu kepada strategi yaitu menggunakan teknik analisis SWOT dengan metode pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Faktor internal strategi pengembangan usaha UMKM tempe Maju Bersama, dimana berupa pengalaman yang sudah lama, harga produk terjangkau, memiliki surat izin UMKM, memiliki pelanggan tetap, tidak perlu menyerap tenaga kerja dari luar kota, tidak menggunakan jasa promosi iklan/sosmed, tidak ada label nama usaha dikemasan tempe, pembukuan keuangan masih manual, modal terbatas, jenis variasi tempe sedikit. Sedangkan Faktor eksternalnya yaitu permintaan tempe terus ada, bertumbuhnya pedagang eceran, adanya skema kredit dari perbankan, adanya konsumen membeli langsung produk kerumah, harga produk tempe stabil. Dengan kondisi tersebut hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengembangan produk tempe UMKM Maju Bersama berada di kuadran III (Turn-Around). Strategi ini berfokus pada memanfaatkan peluang yang ada dengan meminimalkan kelemahan yang ada. This research aims to determine the internal and external factors in the development of MSME Maju Bersama and to determine the strategy for developing tempeh in MSME Maju Bersama. In this research, the data analysis technique that refers to strategy is using the SWOT analysis technique with a qualitative approach method. The research results show the internal factors of the Tempe Maju Bersama MSME business development strategy, which include long experience, affordable product prices, having an MSME permit, having regular customers, no need to absorb workers from outside the city, no use of advertising/social media promotion services, There is no business name label on the tempeh packaging, financial bookkeeping is still manual, capital is limited, there are few types of tempeh variations. Meanwhile, the external factors are the continued demand for tempeh, the growth of retail traders, the existence of credit schemes from banks, the existence of consumers buying products directly at home, the price of tempeh products is stable. Under these conditions, the research results show that the MSME Maju Bersama tempeh product development strategy is in quadrant III (Turn-Around). This strategy focuses on exploiting existing opportunities by minimizing existing weaknesses. | en_US |
