Analisis Efektivitas Progrm Plasma dalam Pemberdayaan Petani Sawit Rakyat

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Menganalisis tingkat efektivitas program plasma Koperasi Produsen Bina Karya, (2) Menganalisis tingkat kinerja pemberdayaan sawit rakyat, (3) Menganalisis pengaruh efektivitas program plasma terhadap pemberdayaan petani sawit rakyat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 37 anggota plasma yang tergabung dalam Koperasi Produsen Bina Karya. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik analisis data menggunakan Skala Likert untuk menganalisis tingkat efektivitas dan kinerja pemberdayaan petani sait rakyat sedangkan analisis Structural Equation Modeling-Parsial Least Square (SEM-PLS) untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat efektivitas program plasma memiliki total skor rata-rata sebesar 156.1 dengan kategori Tinggi dan jumlah ratarata persentase 84.4 persen, tingkat pemberdayaan petani sawit memiliki total skor rata-rata sebesar 149.7 dan persentase 80.0 persen dengan kategori tinggi dan berdasarkan hasil uji t-statistik Efektivitas Program Plasma terhadap Pemberdayaan Petani Sawit adalah sebesar 7.968 yang berarti lebih besar dibandingkan t-tabel yaitu 1.96. Selain itu, p value penelitian yang dihasilkan, yaitu 0.00 juga dibawah standar yang telah ditentukan (<0.05). Sehingga, dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara Efektivitas Program Plasma Terhadap Pemberdayaan Petani Sawit Rakyat. This research aims to: (1) Analyze the level of effectiveness of the plasma program of the Bina Karya Producer Cooperative, (2) Analyze the level of performance of smallholder oil palm empowerment, (3) Analyze the influence of the effectiveness of the plasma program on empowering smallholder oil palm farmers. This research was conducted on 37 plasma members who are members of the Bina Karya Producer Cooperative. In this research, the data analysis technique uses a Likert Scale to analyze the level of effectiveness and performance of empowering smallholder palm farmers, while Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis is used to test the influence between variables. The results of the research show that the level of effectiveness of the plasma program has a total average score of 156.1 in the High category and an average percentage of 84.4 percent, the level of empowerment of oil palm farmers has a total average score of 149.7 and a percentage of 80.0 percent in the high category and is based on results. The t-statistical test for the effectiveness of the Plasma Program on Empowering Palm Oil Farmers is 7.968, which means it is greater than the t-table, namely 1.96. Apart from that, the resulting research p value, namely 0.00, is also below the predetermined standard (<0.05). So, it can be seen that there is a significant positive influence between the effectiveness of the Plasma Program on the Empowerment of Smallholder Palm Oil Farmers.
