Abstract: | Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret sampai dengan April 2014 untuk menduga terjadinya preeklamsia pada wanita hamil melalui pemeriksaan protein urine di usia kehamilan trimester tiga di Rumah Sakit Umum Sari Mutiara Medan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif yaitu dengan memeriksa protein urine ibu hamil di usia kehamilan trimester tiga dengan dan tanpa peningkatan tekanan darah serta oedema. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 5.5 % ibu hamil mengalami preeklamsia (5 dari 90 orang) dan 2.2% (2 orang) mengalami preeklamsia ringan dengan proteinuria (2+) pada kelompok ini tidak ditemukan adanya ibu hamil yang mengalami oedema. 3.3 % (3 orang) dari keseluruhan sampel mengalami preeklamsia berat dengan proteinuria (3+) 1 orang diantaranya mengalami oedema, sedangkan pada ibu hamil dengan hasil protein urine negatifyaitu 94,4% (85 orang) ditemukan 2 orang mengalami oedema. Data preeklamsia di tahun 2013 sebanyak 2,6% (23 dari 901 orang). Sementara dari pengamatan selama 2 bulan (Maret sampai dengan April 2014) belum dapat disimpulkan adanya peningkatan kejadian preeklamsia pada ibu hamil diusia kehamilan trimester tiga yang datang memeriksakan kehamilanya di Rumah Sakit Umum Sari Mutiara Medan. This research was conducted in March to April 2014 to estimate the occurrence of preeclampsia on pregnant women through the protein urine test at Sari Mutiara Hospital Medan. The method used in this research is descriptive method by examining the protein properties in urine at the third trimester of pregnancies with and without a rise in blood pressure and the presence of oedema on the total samples of 90 pregnant women. The results showed that develop preeclampsia as much as 5.5% of the sample (5 Subjects) develop preeclampsia and 2.2% (2 Subjects) had mild preeclampsia with proteinuria (2+) without a record of oedema and 3.3% (3 Subjects) of the sample experienced severe preeclampsia with proteinuria (3+) with a single record of oedema, however, 2 subjects in 94.4% (85 Subjects) of the sample with negative results in protein urine test had a record of oedema. While in 2013 2.6% preb>nant women (23 of 901 subjects) experienced preeclampsia. This 2 months observation (March to April 2014) can not predict the increase of the preeclampsia incidence in pregnant women. |
