dc.description.abstract | Penelitian Kajian Berbagai Komposisi Media Tanam Pada Pembibitan Pisang Ambon Putih Yang Berfungi Mikoriza Arbuskular ( FMA ). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh berbagai komposisi media tanam terhadap pertumbuhan pisang ambon putih yang bermikoriza. Metode yang digunakan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dikebun percobaan yang berlokasi di Jl. Nusa Indah 2, Medan, kecamatan Medan Tuntungan, dengan ketinggian tempat kira-kira 50 m dari permukaan laut dan di Laboratorium Agroteknologi yang berlokasi di JI. Kolam No. 1 Medan Estate dengan ketinggian tempat kira-kira 25 mdpl. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai bulan 11 Maret 2014 sampai dengan 15 Mei 2014, menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok ( RAK ) non faktorial dengan 4 ulangan dan 6 perlakuan dimana BO = 100 % tanah ( kontrol ), B 1 = 50 % tanah + 50 % sabut kelapa, B2 = 50 % tanah + 25 % sabut kelapa + 25 % pasir, B3 = 25 % tanah + 50 % sabut kelapa + 25 % pasir, B4 = 75 % sabut kelapa + 25 % pasir, BS = 100 % sabut kelapa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian berbagai komposisi media tanam terhadap pertumbuhan pisang Ambon Putih bermikoriza memberikan pengaruh yang tidak nyata pada semua parameter yang diamati, tetapi ada kecenderungan pada perlakuan B3 (25 % tanah + 50 % sabut kelapa + 25 % pasir) memberikan pertumbuhan lebih baik. The research study various of the planting media composition at nursery white Ambon banana that have the fungi mycorhiza arbuscular (FMA). The purpose of this research to know the effect of various of the planting media composition on the nursery white ambon banana that have the mycorhiza. Method that make. This research was conducted in the garden experiment location at Jl. Nusa Indah 2, Medan. Kecamatan medan tuntungan, with the height of the place about 50 meter above sea level and in the agrotechnology laboratory at JI. Kolam No.1 Medan Estate with the height of the place about 25 meter above sea level. This research was conducted from 11 March 2014 until 15 may 2015, make the random design group (RAK) non factorial with the 4 test and 6 treatment where is the BO= 100% soil (control), Bl = 50 % soil+ 50 % cocofiber, B2 = 50 % soil+ 25 % cocofiber + 25 % sand, B3 = 25 % soil + 50 % cocofiber + 25 % sand, B4 = 75 % cocofiber + 25 % sand, BS = 100 % cocofiber. The results shows that given various of the planting composition on the growth the white ambon banana that have the mycorhiza give the effect that not real in all of the parameters were observed, but there is a tendency in B3 treatment (25 % soil + 50 % cocofiber + 25 % sand) given the growth very nice. | en_US |
