Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, persepsi harga, citra merek dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian minyak goreng kemasan di Minimarket Indomaret Kecamatan Medan Tembung. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 31 responden. Yang mana para responden tersebut telah membeli/pernah membeli minyak goreng kemasan di Indomaret yang berlokasi 4 gerai Indomaret di Kecamatan Medan Tembung. Variabel kualitas produk dan citra merek berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan pembelian minyak goreng kemasan di Minimarket Indomaret Kecamatan Medan Tembung. Variabel persepsi harga dan promosi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian minyak goreng kemasan di Minimarket Indomaret Kecamatan Medan Tembung. This research aims to determine the influence of product quality, Price perception, brand image and promotion on oil purchasing decisions packaged fried foods at the Indomaret Minimarket, Medan Tembung District. Analysis used is multiple linear regression. Researchers take samples as many as 31 respondents. Which these respondents have bought/had bought packaged cooking oil at Indomaret located 4 Indomaret outlet in Medan Tembung District. Product quality variables and Brand image has a significant and positive influence on decisions purchase packaged cooking oil at the Indomaret Minimarket, Medan District Tembung. Price perception and promotion variables have no effect significant impact on the decision to purchase packaged cooking oil at minimarkets Indomaret, Medan Tembung District.
