Abstract: | Banjir sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor alam, curah hujan yang lebih tinggi, penggunaan lahan yang tidak tepat (pemukiman di bantaran sungai, resapan air, penggundulan hutan), pembuangan sampah ke sungai, dll. Indentifikasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui debit rencana banjir yang akan digunakan untuk pencegahan dan penanganan bencana banjir dari hasil yang sudah diperitungkan sebelumnya. Metode rasional, metode limpasan SCS Curve Number untuk menghitung debit banjir rencana. Proses perhitungannya menggunakan Microsoft Excel, peta jenis tanah menggunakan aplikasi Arcgis, sedangkan untuk debit banjir rencana menggunakan aplikasi HEC-HMS 4.10. Subbasin akan dianggap sebagai tempat dimana jatuhnya curah hujan rainfall.Pada Jalan Bunga Cempaka Pasar III, Padang Bulan Selayang II, Medan. Dari hasil pengamatan secara langsung ditemukan bahwa tinggi limpasan permukaan hampir mencapai 10cm, pada sebagian ruas jalan bahkan mencapai hampir 20 cm. Floods are strongly influenced by natural factors, higher rainfall, inappropriate land use (settlements on river banks, water catchment, deforestation), disposal of waste into rivers, etc. Identification is carried out to determine the planned flood discharge that will be used to prevent and handle flood disasters from the results that have been previously calculated. Rational method, SCS Curve Number runoff method to calculate planned flood discharge. The calculation process uses Microsoft Excel, the soil type map uses the Arcgis application, while the flood discharge plan uses the HEC-HMS 4.10 application. The subbasin will be considered as a place where rainfall falls. On Jalan Bunga Cempaka Pasar III, Padang Bulan Selayang II, Medan. From direct observations it was found that the height of surface runoff almost reached 10 cm, on some road sections it even reached almost 20 cm. |
