Abstract: Burner striling merupakan suatu alat yang menghasilkan kualitas api dan alat yang memanaskan heater, sehinga dapat menggerakkan displacer. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mendapatkan nilai temperatur nyala api, (2) menghitung konsumsi bahan bakar, (3) memperoleh daya burner dan (4) analisis nilai efisiensi thermal burner. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Bahan uji yang digunakan yaitu gas lpg 3kg, air compressor izumi, bejana, air. Alat uji yang digunakan yaitu burner, timbangan digital, rotameter flow meter udara control, regulator dan selang sni, pipa stik kompor, stopwatch, thermometer controller, kabel thermocouple sensor, thermowell NPT stainless. Hasil penelitian ini ialah nilai rata- rata temperatur nyala api sebesar 581,02 °C, nilai min temperatur nyala api sebesar 31,9°C, nilai max temperatur nyala api sebesar 692,3°C, nilai konsumsi bahan bakar sebesar 0,332 kg, nilai daya burner sebesar 4,3 kW dan nilai efisiensi thermal burner sebesar 19,7 %. Burner striling is a device that produces fire quality and a tool that heats the heater, so that it can drive the displacer. The objectives of this study are (1) obtaining the flame temperature value, (2) calculating fuel consumption, (3) obtaining burner power and (4) analyzing the thermal burner efficiency value. The method used is qualitative method. The test materials used are 3kg lpg gas, izumi air compressor, vessels, water. The test equipment used are burners, digital scales, rotameter flow meter air control, regulator and hose, stove stick pipe, stopwatch, thermometer controller, thermocouple sensor cable, stainless NPT thermowell. The results of this study are the average value of flame temperature of 581.02°C, min value of flame temperature of 31.9°C, max value of flame temperature of 692,3°C, fuel consumption value of 0,33 kg, burner power value of 4,3 kW and thermal burner efficiency value of 19,7 %.
