Abstract: Penerapan life long education yang dilakukan di Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Pondok Pesantren Raudlatul Hasanah Medan memberikan suatu yang menarik bagi peneliti yaitu banyak para santri yang sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh guru atau pengasuh Madrasah Penerapan long life education pada santri di Madrasah Swasta Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah Medan bahwa dari pagi sampai malam, setelah itu ada ekstrakurikulernya dan hafalan Al-Qur‟an ada, serta olah raga, kesenian, kegiatan drum band. Faktor hambatan efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal guru dalam penerapan long life education pada santri di Madrasah Swasta Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah Medan yaitu dari bentuk bahasa, latar belakang, budaya, komunikasi satu arah, perbedaan usia. The implementation of lifelong education carried out at the Private Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Raudhatul Hasanah Medan provides something interesting for researchers, namely that many students are very enthusiastic about participating in activities carried out by teachers or Madrasah caregivers. The application of lifelong education for students at the Private Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Ar -Raudlatul Hasanah Medan that from morning until night, after that there are extracurriculars and there is memorization of the Al-Quran, as well as sports, arts, drum band activities. Factors that hinder the effectiveness of teachers' interpersonal communication in implementing longevity education for students at the Private Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah Medan are in the form of language, background, culture, one-way communication, age differences.
