Analisis Kepuasan Pengunjung Terhadap Agrowisata di Paloh Naga Desa Denai Lama Kecamatan Pantai Labu Kabupaten Deli Serdang

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui kepuasan pengunjung terhadap agrowisata,mengetahui kelebihan dan kelemahan agrowisata yang harus diperbaiki dan dikembangkan sebagai guna peningkatan kepuasan pengunjung. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Agrowisata Desa Denai Lama Kecamatan Pantai Labu Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode accidental sampling adalah mengambil responden sebagai sampel berdasarkan kebetulan. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa Tingkat kepuasan pengunjung Agrowisata Paloh Naga sebesar 82,33% diberartikan nilai csi yang diperoleh tersebut berada pada rentang index kepuasan 80-100%, hal ini berarti tingkat kepuasan pengunjung agrowisata paloh naga berada pada kisaran tingkat sangat puas terhadap atribut yang telah disediakan oleh pengelola. The aim of the research is to determine visitor satisfaction with agrotourism, to find out the strengths and weaknesses of agrotourism which must be improved and developed in order to increase visitor satisfaction. This research was conducted in the Agrotourism Village of Denai Lama, Pantai Labu District. In this research, the accidental sampling method was used, namely taking respondents as samples based on chance. The results of the research explain that the level of satisfaction of visitors to Paloh Naga Agrotourism is 82.33%, meaning that the CSI value obtained is in the satisfaction index range of 80-100%, this means that the level of satisfaction of visitors to Paloh Naga Agrotourism is in the range of very satisfied with the attributes that have been achieved. provided by the manager.
