Analisis Kelayakan Usaha Tani Sawi (Brassica RAPA L.) Di Desa Celawan Kecamatan Pantai Cermin Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai

Abstract

Sawi termasuk ke dalam kelompok tanaman sayuran daun yang mengandung zat-zat gizi lengkap yang memenuhi syarat untuk kebutuhan gizi manusia. Tujuan penelitian (1) untuk mengetahui besar pendapatan Usahatani Sawi (Brassica rapa L.) di Desa Celawan Kecamatan Pantai Cermin Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. (2) mengatahui kelayakan Usahatani Sawi (Brassica rapa L.) di Desa Celawan Kecamatan Pantai Cermin Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Metode penelitian dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan mengisi kuisioner dan jumlah sampel 15 petani sawi. Hasil penelitian ini rata-rata pendapatan petani sawi di Desa Celawan sebesar Rp 35.847.301, sedangkan rata-rata penerimaannya Rp 46.150.914 dan total biaya produksi sebesar Rp 10.303.613 per hektar. Berdasarkan hasil B/C Ratio menunjukan nilai sebesar 3,47 dan R/C Ratio menunjukan nilai sebesar 4,47 sehingga usahatani sawi di Desa Celawan Kecamatan Pantai Cermin Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai layak untuk dijalankan. Mustard greens are included in the group of leaf vegetable plants which contain complete nutritional substances that meet the requirements for human nutritional needs. Research objectives (1) are to determine the income of mustard greens (Brassica rapa L.) farming in Celawan Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. (2) determine the feasibility of farming mustard greens (Brassica rapa L.) in Celawan Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The research method was carried out through interviews by filling out questionnaires and a sample size of 15 mustard greens farmers. The results of this research mean that the average income of mustard greens farmers in Celawan Village is IDR 35,847,301, while the average receipt is Rp. 46,150,914 and total production costs of Rp. 10,303,613 per chain. Based on the B/C Ratio, it shows a value of 3,47 and based on the results of the R/C Ratio, it shows a value of 4,47 so that mustard greens farming in Celawan Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency is feasible to run.
