dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kinerja pegawai Pemerintah Kecamatan Langsa Baro Kota Langsa, serta faktor-faktor apa yang menghambat kinerja Pemerintah Kecamatan Langsa Baro Kota Langsa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pegawai kecamatan langsa baro belum optimal menurut indikator dari dimensi yang penulis ambil diantaranya, Kualitas kerja pegawai Pemerintah Kecamatan Langsa Baro belum maksimal, Kuantitas kerja pegawai Pemerintah Kecamatan Langsa Baro dapat dinilai baik, Kedisiplinan pegawai Pemerintah Kecamatan Langsa Baro belum dapat dikatakan baik, Inisiatif pegawai Pemerintah Kecamatan Langsa Baro cukup baik, Tanggung jawab pegawai Pemerintah Kecamatan Langsa Baro masih kurang baik. Hasil penelitian ini juga ditemukan faktor yang menjadi penghambat kinerja pegawai kecamatan langsa baro yaitu diantaranya, Kurangnya kedisiplinan pegawai, Kurangnya kompetensi pegawai, Minimnya sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, Terbatasnya ketersediaan anggaran yang dimiliki. This research aims to determine and analyze the performance of Langsa Baro District Government employees, Langsa City, as well as what factors hinder the performance of the Langsa Baro District Government employees, Langsa City. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation and observation. Data analysis used in this research is by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the performance of Langsa Baro Subdistrict employees is not yet optimal according to the indicators of the dimensions that the author took, including: The quality of work of Langsa Baro Subdistrict Government employee• is not yet optimal. The work quantity of Langaa Baro Subdistrict Government employees can be assecSsed as good. The discipline of Langsa Baro District Government employees cannot be said to be good. good, the initiative of Langsa Baro District Government employees is quite good, the responsibility of Langsa Baro District Government employees ts still not good. The results of this research also found factors that hinder the performance of Langsa Baro sub-district employees, namely, lack of employee discipline, lack of employee competence, lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure, limited budget availability.en_US
