dc.description.abstractPekerjaan buruk yang dilakukan pegawai seringkali menimbulkan situasi yang tidak diinginkan dalam suatu birokrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kinerja pegawai negeri sipil yang dipekerjakan di Pemerintah Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai ditinjau dari kompetensi, keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan evaluasi kinerja secara elektronik. Proses pengumpulan data melibatkan penerapan pendekatan kuantitatif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan e-evaluasi kinerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil di Pemerintahan Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai, dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil pada Pemerintah Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil di Pemerintah Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai, dengan ambang batas signifikansi 0,020 < 0,05. Begitu pula motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja aparatur pemerintah di Pemerintahan Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai pada tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Implementasi e-evaluasi kinerja, kompetensi, work-life balance, dan motivasi kerja secara bersamaan terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja aparatur sipil negara di Pemerintah Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai, dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 Lousy work by employees often leads to an undesirable situation in a bureaucracy. This study aims to assess the performance of civil servants employed by the Serdang Bedagai district administration concerning competency, work-life balance, motivation at work, and e-performance evaluation. The process of gathering data involves the application of quantitative approaches. The research findings show that the implementation of eperformance evaluation has a positive and significant impact on the performance of civil servants in the Serdang Bedagai Regency Government, with a significance level of 0.002 < 0.05. Additionally, competency has a positive and significant effect on the performance of civil servant employees in the Serdang Bedagai Regency Government, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Work-life balance positively and significantly affects civil servant performance in the Serdang Bedagai Regency Government, with a significance threshold of 0.020 < 0.05. Similarly, work motivation positively and significantly affects government officials' performance in the Serdang Bedagai Regency Government at a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The concurrent implementation of eperformance evaluation, competency, work-life balance, and work motivation has been found to significantly impact the performance of civil servant personnel in the Serdang Bedagai Regency Government, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.en_US
