dc.description.abstractStartup eFishery merupakan startup berbasis teknologi di Indonesia yang berinovasi dibidang perikanan (akuakultur) dalam meningkatkan efesiensi dan keberlanjutan industry akuakultur melalui penggunaan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis inovasi yang dilakukan di startup eFishery serta menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi keberlanjutan startup digital eFishery dan menganalisis model bisnis yang dikembangkan eFishery. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan menggunakan Teknik alanisis data berupa analisis deskriptif, analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis Structural Equation model (SEM) dan analisis data deskriptif dengan metode pendekatan food supply chain network (FSCN). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan didapatkan proses inovasi startup eFishery dengan metode 7P. Keberlanjutan pada startup eFishery dalam penelitian ini yang dilihat dari pengaruhnya sikap leadership dan sikap enterprenurship menunjukan terjadinya pengaruh yang signifikan. Model bisnis yang dikembangkan stratup eFishery berupa penjualan perangkat keras yaitu Feeding sistem untuk otomatis pemberikan pakan ikan, penjualan perangkat lunak berupa aplikasi mobile untuk mengendalikan pemberian pakan, eFishery juga menawarkan layanan berlangganan untuk pemeliharaan perangkat keras, pemantauan sistem dan dukungan teknis. Startup eFishery is a technology-based startup in Indonesia that innovates in the field of fisheries (aquaculture) in improving the efficiency and sustainability of the aquaculture industry through the use of technology. This study aims to analyze the innovations made in eFishery Startup as well as analyze the factors that affect the sustainability of eFishery digital Startup and analyze the business model developed by eFishery. This research method uses quantitative and qualitative approaches using data analysis techniques in the form of descriptive analysis, data analysis using Structural Equation model (SEM) analysis, and descriptive data analysis using the food supply chain network (FSCN) approach method. Based on the results of research and discussion, the eFishery Startup innovation process was obtained with the 7P method. Sustainability in eFishery Startup in this study which is seen from the influence of Leadership attitude and Entrepreneurship attitude shows a significant influence. The business model developed by Stratup eFishery is in the form of hardware sales, namely Feeding systems for fish Feed Feeding activities, and software sales in the form of mobile applications to control Feeding, eFishery also offers subscription services for hardware maintenance, system monitoring, and technical support.en_US
