dc.description.abstract | Kailan (Brassica oleraceae var achepala) berasal dari Negeri Cina. Di Indonesia kailan merupakan jenis sayuran baru. Bentuk tanaman kailan sepintas lalu mirip dengan sawi/caisim atau kembang kol. Daunnya panjang dan melebar seperti caisim, sedangkan wama daun dan batangnya mirip dengan kembang kol. Batangnya agak manis dan empuk di lidah. Sedangkan daunnya eμak dan legit. Ketersediaan tanah yang sliolif dfui potensial lifltliK pertaiiian sekarang semakiii betkurang, sehi.iigga mengeser Iahan pertanian menjadi lahan pemmahan dan industri. Budidaya aeroponik dianggap tepat untuk memanfaatkan lahan yang tersedia karena sistem -budidaya ini tidak memerlukan media tanah. Aeroponik adalah metode budidaya tanaman dimana akar tanaman menggantung di udara serta memperoleh w1sm hara-dan aif dari larutan nutrisi yang disemprotkan ke akar tanaman. Untuk itu telah dilakukan penetitian tentang budidaya tanaman kailan menggunakan sistem aeroponik dengan pemberian pupuk organic cair biosubur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pemberian pupuk organik cair pada sistem budidaya aeroponik terhadap pertumbuhan kailan (Brassica oleracea var achepala) dengan konsentrasi nutrisi yang berbeda. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap Non Faktorial yang dilakukan secara Aeroponik dan se~ara Konvensional, dimana faktor pemberian pupuk organik cair biosubur dengan tiga taraf perlakuan yang berbeda (K). Perlakuan pupuk yang berbeda diaplil\asikan secara Aeroponik (Al) dan sebagai pembanding dilakuan juga secara Konvensional (A2). Sehingga diperoleh ulangan sebanyak 4 ulangan. Parameter pengamatan: persentase tumbuh, tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, wama daun, bobot basa panen, bobot basa jual, panjang akar, dan volume akar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk organik cair biosubur dengan dosis yang berbeda 2 ml/I, 3 ml/I, dan 4 ml/l air tidak memberikan pengaruh yang nyata baik pada sistem aeroponik maupun sistem konvensional. Budidaya secara konvensional lebih baik dibandingkan dengan budidaya secara aeroponik untuk parameter tinggi tanaman, luas daun, jumlah daun, wama daun, bobot basa panen, dan bobot basa jual Kailan (Brassica oleraceae var achepala) comes from China. Aeroponics is a cultivation method plants where the plant roots hang in the air and obtain w1sm nutrients and aif from a nutrient solution that is sprayed onto plant roots. Therefore Research has been carried out on the cultivation of kailan plants using the system aeroponics by providing biofertile liquid organic fertilizer. The purpose of this research is to find out how big the effect of giving liquid organic fertilizer is in the aeroponic cultivation system on the growth of kailan (Brassica oleracea var achepala) with different nutrient concentrations. The design The non-factorial completely randomized design used was carried out randomly Aeroponics and Conventional, where the factor of applying liquid organic fertilizer biofertile with three different treatment levels (K). Fertilizer treatment Differently applied aeroponically (Al) and as a comparison carried out also Conventionally (A2). So that 4 repetitions were obtained. Observation parameters: growth percentage, plant height, number of leaves, area leaves, leaf color, harvest base weight, selling base weight, root length, and volume root. The research results showed that the provision of liquid organic fertilizer biofertilizer with different doses of 2 ml/I, 3 ml/I, and 4 ml/l water not provide a real influence on both the aeroponic system and the system conventional.
