Kinerja Pegawai Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (Bpkd) Kota Langsa dalam Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan Pemeritah Daerah (Lkpd) Tahun 2022

Abstract

Implementasi Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Kebudayaan Riset dan Teknologi mengenai Asesmen Nasional di SDN 12 Rantau Selatan sudah dilaksanakan namun belum optimal. Rumusanimasalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana Implementasi Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi Nomor 17 Tahun 2021 Tentang Asesmen Nasional di SDN 12 Rantau Selatan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu dan apa saja faktor penghambatnya. Metodeipenelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, dan teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulanidata diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasilipenelitian mengacu pada teoriiEdward III dengan indikator komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi dan struktur birokrasi. Hasil penelitian bahwa Implementasi Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi Nomor 17 Tahun 2021 Tentang Asesmen Nasional di SDN 12 Rantau Selatan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu dari segi komunikasi dan sumber daya baik sumber daya finansial maupun sumber daya manusia masih belum maksimal. Dari segi komunikasi, masih ada informasi yang belum tersampaikan kepada orang tua peserta didik, sehingga masih kurang persiapan perserta didik dalam menghadapi asesmen nasional. Dari segi sumberdaya finasial seperti fasilitas disatuan pendidikan masih belum lengkap dan jaringan Wifi yang masih belum lancar sehingga peserta Asesmen Nasional mengalami kendala dalam menyelesaikan. Dari segi sumber daya manusianya peserta didik masih belum paham menggunakan cromebook dikarenakan pendidik khusus komputer tidak ada. Kendala yang dihadapi satuan pendidikan yaitu tidak tersedianya ruangan khusus laboratorium komputer dan jaringan Wifi yang masih kurang lancar. The implementation of the of the minister of education, culture, research and technology regarding the national assessment at SDN 12 Rantau Selatan is going well but not optimal. The formulation of the problem in this research is how to implement the of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology Number 17 of 2021 concerning the National Assessment at SDN 12 South Rantau, Labuhanbatu Regency and what are the inhibiting factors. The research method used is a qualitative method, and data analysis techniques use descriptive qualitative. Data collection was obtained from observation, interviews and documentation. The research results refer to Edward III's theory with indicators of communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The results of the research are that the Implementation of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology Regulation Number 17 of 2021 concerning the National Assessment at SDN 12 Rantau Selatan Regency Labuhanbatu Regency in terms of communication and resources, both financial resources and human resources, is still not going well. In terms of communication, there is still information that has not been conveyed to the parents of students, so that students are still lacking in preparation for the national assessment. In terms of financial resources, such as facilities in education units that are still incomplete and the Wi-Fi network is still not smooth so that participants in the national assessment experience problems in answering them. In terms of human resources as well so that students still don't understand using cromebooks because there are no educators specializing in computers. Obstacles faced by educational units are the unavailability of a special computer laboratory room and a Wi-Fi network that is still substandard.
