dc.description.abstract | Produktivitas kerja adalah mengukur kualitas dan kuantitas dalam satuan tertentu untuk mencapai hasil secara efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor usia, tingkat pendidikan, jumlah tanggungan, pengalaman kerja dan upah terhadap produktivitas kerja di Unit Kebun Laras PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV, Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji f, dan uji koefisien determinasi. untuk melihat faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja karyawan pemanen di daerah penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan, nilai produksi rata-rata karyawan panen TBS/bulan sebesar 3.919 tandan/bulan dengan jumlah hari kerja sebanyak 31 hari. Maka tingkat produktivitas kerja karyawan panen perhari adalah sebanyak 126 tandan/Hk. Dari hasil uji secara serempak variabel usia, pendidikan, jumlah tanggungan, pengalaman bekerja dan upah secara serempak ada pengaruh nyata terhadap produktivitas. Secara parsial variabel usia, massa kerja, jarak tempuh dan premi (upah) yang berpengaruh nyata atau secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja, sedangkan variabel pendidikan, tidak berpengaruh nyata atau secara signifikan terhadap tingkat produktivitas kerja karyawan. Work productivity is measuring quality and quantity in certain units to achieve results effectively. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors of age, education level, number of dependents, work experience and wages on work productivity at the Kebun Laras Unit of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV, The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis to look at the factors that affect the work productivity of harvesters in the study area. Based on the results of the research conducted, the average production value of employees harvesting FFB/month is 3.919 bunches/month with a total of 31 working days. So the work productivity level of harvesting employees per day is 126 bunches/Hk. From the simultaneous test results, the variables of age, education, number of dependents, work experience and wages simultaneously have a significant effect on productivity. Partially, only the variables of work experience and wages have a significant or significant effect on labor productivity, while the variables of age, education level and number of dependents have no significant or significant effect on the level of employee productivity. | en_US |
